A: Follow the instruction to assemble the fan, if the fan does not work, please check the plug to make sure there is electricity. If the fan stops working, please do not repair it by yourself. Call the service center or send an email to sales@www.mytek.com.mx for any help.
A: It only requires a basic cleaning. First, please unplug the fan, clean it with a slightly wet rag, making sure no water enters to electronic parts such as motor. Do not use abrasive cleaner that may cause damage.

A: Please bring the merchandise with all its accessory, instruction manual and original packing box together with purchase receipt to the shop where you bought the fan. The purchase receipt is indispensable.
Under these conditions below, the after-sales service will not be applied.
- The product has been used against the normal way.
- The product has not been assembled as the instruction says.
- The product has been repaired by person not authorized by the factory.
